We want you to be satisfied with your order. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at contact@bykerno.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us at contact@bykerno.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery through normal use.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the country of origin, return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund original shipping charges on international returns.
