Your Privacy Choices

Last updated: September 2026

This page explains how you can control the use of your personal information for advertising and related purposes on bykerno.com, operated by Kerno LLC.

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Kerno does not sell your personal information to data brokers. We may share limited data (such as cookie identifiers, device information, and browsing activity) with advertising partners like Meta so we can show relevant ads. This is considered “sharing” under California law.

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising:

  • Email us at contact@bykerno.com with the subject line “Privacy Choices – Opt Out” and include your full name and the email address associated with any orders or account.
  • Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out request.
  • You may also use the browser-based opt-out tools provided by the Digital Advertising Alliance or Network Advertising Initiative.

We will process your request within the time required by law (generally 15 business days for opt-out requests).

Other Rights

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@bykerno.com. We will respond within 30 days (or sooner if required by applicable law).
